This rare vintage Alexander McQueen evening slip dress from the late 1990s or early 2000s, most probably from Fall 2001 "What A Merry-Go-Round",  is crafted from a silky synthetic jersey, like a super fine neoprene, in deep black with large triangular insets of black tulle ruffles at either side of the skirt. The dress features a fitted cut with a waterfall neckline and twisted straps. It slips on to wear and finishes below the knee. A classic early Alexander McQueen, sharply cut and minimalist, with unexpected details. Made in Italy.
