PIERRE CARDIN 1970s Vintage Pink Knit Jersey Suit Pants & Jacket

This rare vintage Pierre Cardin ensemble gives off a more casual and sporty vibe while maintaining a chic and sleek silhouette which is so characteristic of the early to mid 1970s fashion when it would have been created. The set is made in a fresh shade of pink and comprises a cute knit sweater jacket or cardigan and the matching jersey pants. The jacket features a pointed collar, ribbed half-length sleeves and cute front pockets, one of which is adorned with a very large eye-catching silver-tone signature "C" that leaves no doubt about the designer. It has a fitted cut, and the waist is further accentuated by the ribbed pattern. The pants feature a straight and slightly flared cut with a centered crease to each leg and close at the center front with a hidden zipper and a button. No material tag, both pieces are unlined. The pants are unlabeled.
