MISS DIOR by CHRISTIAN DIOR 1960s Vintage Silk Dress Orange

This stunningly beautiful, very special Miss Dior mini dress from the late 1960s is made of a fine silk georgette in a burnt orange color and has a divine cut - fitted bodice, cut on the bias in the front and slightly elastic, with a round neckline, fitted sleeves and a narrow waist. The fabric here is slightly sheer. The skirt is simply fabulous - it is flared and overly full, set in ultra-fine pleats and with a ruffled hem that sits a few inches above the knee. The dress closes with a zipper at the back and a metal hook and eye at the back of the neck. There is an internal stay at the waist and three snaps from the waist down that sit above the zipper. 100% silk, unlined. Made in France.
