The French fashion house Leonard was founded in 1958 by Jacques Leonard and Daniel Tribouillard. Colourful prints soon became the house’s trademark, as did its signature fine silk jersey fabric. In 1968, Leonard introduced its first collection of dresses made from printed silk jersey, showcasing the ethereal lightness of the fabric under the slogan, “The Leonard Dress: 150 g of happiness.” Since then, Leonard has continued to captivate the fashion world with its vibrant floral and geometric prints, rendered in luxurious fabrics such as silk, cashmere, and silk jersey, embodying the timeless elegance of Parisian chic.
