LEONARD c. 1973 Vintage Silk Jersey Maxi Dress Size L
Regular price €0,00
This instantly recognizable Leonard dress from c. 1973 is made from a delicate, fine silk jersey featuring the most amazing print in boldest colors - almost neon shades of yellow, orange, pink and green with cream and black. The Leonard signature is scattered all over the fabric. The dress has a fitted bodice with a deep v-neckline, extra-long, billowing sleeves with buttoned cuffs (each with two fabric-covered buttons, one spare button attached to the inside) and fine sew in pleats and an insanely flared floor-length skirt, as well featuring vertical sewn in pleats all the way down. The dress closes with a hand set back zipper and features an internal waist stay with hook and eye closure as well as bra strap keepers. 100% silk, unlined. Made in France. Reference pic from Jours de France 1973, shot by Draeger.
Overall very good - please note the following small flaws, none of which too obvious or detracting when worn thanks to the busy pattern and vivid clors. Various small, faint marks all-over, especially to the front of the skirt. Small snags to the back of the skirt. Faintest traces of underarm discoloration.
