SHIPPING
We offer worldwide tracked shipping. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details once your order has shipped, usually within two business days of purchase.
Perfumes are shipped exclusively within the European Union. Due to applicable regulations, we are unable to ship perfumes to non-EU countries.
Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not calculated or collected at checkout and are in addition to the purchase price and shipping costs paid to us. Any import duties, taxes or other charges that apply are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Vintage von Werth does not cover these costs. The shipping provider will contact you regarding any applicable customs charges, which must be paid before delivery can be scheduled.

For security purposes, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or to a corporate work address that can be independently verified.
All items are securely packed to protect against damage. Magazines are additionally protected with bubble wrap and cardboard backing and shipped in a rigid mailer.
All deliveries require the recipient’s signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Magazines are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
All sales to customers outside the European Union are final and cannot be returned.
