Collection: HERMÈS

The house of Hermès was founded in 1837 as a workshop for high-quality forged harnesses and bridles and introduced saddlery products at the end of the 19th century. In the 1920s, Hermès launched its first leather handbags and a couture collection for women. Hermès is best known for its silk scarves, introduced in 1937 (since then the house has produced over 2,000 unique designs), as well as the iconic Kelly Bag (original design from 1923, followed by several redesigns) and the Birkin Bag (1984). Notable designers who have worked for Hermès include Martin Margiela and Jean Paul Gaultier. Almost all Hermès products are still made in France and predominantly handcrafted to guarantee their inimitable quality and fulfil the brand's promise of exclusivity, quiet luxury and timeless elegance.
