Crafted from a fluid and shiny synthetic in a maximum saturated brilliant blue, the dress features a fitted halterneck bodice with an open back, a beautifully draped waist and a floor-length multi-panel skirt. Closes with a back zipper and a metal hook and eye. The halterneck fastens with a button at the back of the neck. 100% polyester, lined in 100% nylon. Made in England. As loud and glamorous and fun as 1980s glam can be.
