This incredible vintage Valentino evening gown, a runway piece from Spring 2002, is crafted from a champagne beige crêpe, fine silk chiffon and delicate lace and features a fitted bodice with a low straight neckline, padded cups and spaghetti straps and plays with the visual contrast of the densely gathered silk, the fine lace and subtle ruffled details. The skirt is flared and finishes at floor-length. The dress closes at the back with a hidden zipper and a metal hook and eye and is lined in finest silk chiffon. It comes with its matching, extremely large silk crêpe stole that can be worn in many ways. Made in Italy.
