COURRÈGES 1970s Vintage Cream Beige Belted Wool Coat Size S

This iconic vintage Courrèges coat, c. early 1970s, is made of a winterwarm cream wool fabric and features a very typical clean, sharp cut with buttoned flap pockets and a belt. The coat runs fitted through the bodice, then flares out towards the hem (with a high slit at the back) and finishes at knee-length. The coat retains all of its original buttons and is a real beauty. 100% wool, fully lined in a silky cream polyamide. Made in France.

There is a reference picture by Gerald Dauphin, 1971, available showing a similar Courrèges coat (found on Instagram @courreges_bonjour).

Excellent, remarkable condition. Appears hardly worn. Please note that there are minimal faint marks on one of the flaps and another one slightly below at the front (see detail pictures) that remain after and might even get better with another round of dry-cleaning. Hardly visible.
