This rare and iconic high-gloss Dolce & Gabbana set from Spring 1999 consists of a strapless top and matching skirt. Both pieces are made from a stretchy black wet-look fabric that has been hand-painted with a stunning bamboo motif in gold. The knee-length pencil skirt closes with a zipper and a hidden snap in the center back. The top hugs the body and closes with a concealed zipper and a row of hidden snaps. 65% acetate, 29% nylon, 6% elasthane. Lined in 100% silk. Made in Italy.

CONDITION
Very good vintage condition with minor signs of general wear. Originally, a black bra with straps was sewn into the top. Since the elastic straps were worn out, the bra was removed, but will come with the set. The top can be combined with any bra, if desired, but of course also be worn without.

SIZE
The skirt is tagged IT 42, the top is marked IT 44 but was altered to fit an IT 42 by moving the concealed snaps. IT 42 equates to a DE 36, FR 38, US 6, UK 10, SMALL.
