This wonderful example from the 1960s or 1970s is crafted from lush black velvet and features an instantly recognizable signature print in vibrant shades of turquoise, green, lilac, and blue, with the iconic “Emilio” signature scattered throughout the fabric.
The floor-length skirt has a button-down front to mid-thigh, fastening with concealed snap buttons. At the waist, it fastens with additional concealed snaps as well as metal hooks and eyes. A walking slit sits at the center front.
100% cotton velvet, fully lined. Made in Italy.
CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with fresh, well-preserved velvet. The only imperfections are greenish discolorations of unknown origin right along the hemline that remain after professional cleaning; they are not obvious when worn.
