GIANNI VERSACE Spring 1999 Top & Skirt as Modeled by Kate Moss

An iconic skirt by Gianni Versace Couture from Spring 1999, worn on the runway by Kate Moss. The set consists of a tank top and a mini skirt with the slim minimalist cut typical of the 1990s. The fabric is incredible and very intricate. Both pieces are made of two layers. The top layer is made of a delicate gold lace covered with felted wool in a bright sky blue. Underneath is a fine nude-colored mesh, some of which is densely covered with sparkling rhinestones. The overall effect is spectacular. No fabric label. Both pieces close with a zipper at the back and a metal hook and eye. Made in Italy.
