This rare and iconic vintage John Galliano ensemble from Spring 1997 comprises a slip dress and a fitted jacket that are both made of a stunning silky jacquard with champagne gold coloured large-scale florals against a black background. The bias-cut knee-length dress features delicate spaghetti straps and slips on to wear. The tailored jacket features a fitted cropped cut with sharply defined shoulders, long fitted sleees and closes - typically Galliano - with his signature row of fabric-covered buttons. 53% acetate, 47% rayon. The jacket is fully lined, the dress is unlined. Made in France.
