ROBERTO CAVALLI Fall 2004 Vintage Ruffled Silk Mini Slip Dress Size S

This iconic vintage Roberto Cavalli dress from Fall 2004 is made from fine burgundy silk with a golden baroque print and subtle golden glitter accents. The lingerie-style dress is cut on the bias and features a black lace edge, delicate spaghetti straps and a widely flared and lavishly ruffled mini skirt. The opulent ruffles add some weight to the dress and give it a three-dimensional effect. The skirt is incredibly full and simply stunning. Slips on to wear, no closure. 100% silk, unlined. Made in Italy.

CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition. The straps appear to have been professionally shortened (see detail picture). Originally the dress had two ruffled ribbons at the hem which were removed by the previous owner. This does not affect the condition or appearance and does not detract.
