VALENTINO 1970s Vintage 3 Pc. Ruffled Floral Evening Ensemble

This spectacular vintage Valentino evening set from the early 1970s comprises a backless top, a widely flared maxi skirt and a huge scarf or stole - not only an amazing set but also three versatile separates. The three pieces are crafted from a semi-sheer crepe fabric (no material tag, maybe an acetate-rayon blend) featuring an amazing design with fruits and flowers against a dark blue background. The backless top features a ruffled neckline and hemline and closes with a back zipper and metal hooks and eyes. The ankle-length ruffled skirt is widely flared with a hem circumference of more than 6 yards. It closes at the back with a hidden zipper and metal hooks and eyes. Top and skirt are fully lined. The ruffled stole is extremely large and very versatile. Made in Italy.
