This rare and exceptional December 1971/January 1972 issue of Vogue Paris is the third Christmas and New Year guest-edited issue for which Vogue Paris became famous in the 1970s and 1980s. The guest editor of this issue is the celebrated artist Salvador Dalí. It features stunningly beautiful ads (Miss Dior by René Gruau, Bulgari, Cartier, Chanel and many more - many of the ads are dedicated to Salvador Dalí and are in a surrealist style) and outstanding photography by Robert Descharnes, Marc Lacroix, Draeger, Marc Riboud, Alex Chatelain, David Bailey, Henry Clarke and others. Models include Veruschka and Jean Shrimpton. The magazine perfectly captures the spirit of the early 1970s in its pages and is a sought-after collector's item with spectacular imagery.

The magazine is in very good vintage condition overall, especially considering its age.
Please note, however, the following minor age-related flaws: The cover shows minor general signs of wear and slight color fading along the spine. The back cover has superficial paper damage at the bottom edge. There is evidence of a past water damage, which affects the top edge of the pages and the outer top corner. As a result, the paper is slightly wavy in these areas, with minor water marks visible. Some pages were lightly stuck together, and in those areas the print shows slight color disturbance or minor surface abrasion.
