YVES SAINT LAURENT 1970s 1980s Vintage Dark Burgundy Velvet Coat Size S-M

This amazing vintage Yves Saint Laurent velvet coat from the late 1970s or early 1980s is crafted from lush velvet in a deep burgundy (in reality slightly more reddish and less purplish than in the pictures). The coat features a wonderful cut with strong shoulders, a large v-neck collar, a fitted waist with beautifully gathered fabric and large front pockets. Finishes a few inches below the knee and has a front button closure. No material tag, probably cotton, fully lined. Made in France. A strong Yves Saint Laurent design with clear lines, even much more beautiful on a real body than on the mannequin.

CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with minor general signs of wear and age to the velvet.
