Full bottle dating to the 1970s, unused (bottle weight 154 g), with original box and guarantee card. The metal bottle and box show minimal wear consistent with age and storage.
Empreinte by Courrèges, created by Robert Gonnon and released in 1971, is a chypre fragrance with woody, aromatic, earthy, herbal, mossy, leathery, floral, and animalic accords. Production has apparently been discontinued.
Originally released as a women’s fragrance, Empreinte feels remarkably modern, niche, and decidedly unisex. A unique composition, it is exceptionally rare, especially in this size and with its original packaging.
Equally a bold visual statement and a tactile pleasure, the gold-toned metal flacon feels beautifully weighted in the hand and is a striking addition to any vanity.
