Circa 1990s, the skirt is crafted from intricate floral lace in shimmering gold lurex over fine black sheer tulle, creating a dramatic contrast between transparency, sparkle and structure. The lace features delicate cut-outs and is densely embellished with countless faceted rhinestones that catch the light beautifully, giving the impression of scattered diamonds. Cut in a voluminous, flared silhouette with exceptional fullness and structure, the skirt features a scalloped hemline and a black waistband. It comes complete with its original black tulle underskirt, adding even more volume and shape. CONDITION
The skirt is in excellent vintage condition and appears unworn. The underskirt is in excellent condition; only the elastic waistband shows slight waviness along the upper edge, likely due to age and storage. The elasticity is not affected.

Both the skirt and the underskirt are tagged an Italian size 42 - this equates to a DE 36, FR 38, US 6, UK 10, SMALL.
