CHRISTIAN DIOR by John Galliano Spring 2001 Vintage Convertible Denim Jacket w/ Logo Zippers Size M

This rare vintage Christian Dior jacket hails from John Galliano's iconic Spring 2001 collection for the French fashion house. A key element of that collection were the eye-catching zippers, which can also be found in this amazing design. The jacket is made of lightweight acid wash denim and floral silk chiffon trims with raw edges. It has a fitted cut with buttoned breast pockets, long sleeves and a front button closure. The highlight of this design is the detachable collar and, more than anything, the detachable bottom of the jacket that can be worn separately and mimics the waist of a pair of jeans - complete with belt loops and hinted pockets! As always, all silver-tone metal hardware features the Dior logo. The large zippers with "D" logo are especially charming. 100% cotton and 100% silk, unlined. Made in France.
