COURRÈGES Vintage 1965 Space Age Eskimo Sunglasses // Sold

Iconic and well-documented Courrèges "Eskimo" sunglasses from 1965 with an off-white plastic frame and lenses with slit cutout details. Silver-tone Courrèges logo on left arm. Back of lenses signed "Deposé" and "Patent PV 52 62", made in France. A pair of these sunglasses is held by the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute, New York.

Very good vintage condition with minor signs of general wear. One visible brownish discoloration to the left cutout (see pictures).
