This amazing vintage Emilio Pucci skirt suit in turquoise, blue, and grey, featuring a tailored cropped jacket and matching midi skirt, showcases the iconic Manila print from 1974, beautifully documented in Taschen's Pucci book.
The suit is crafted from cotton velvet in shades of turquoise, blue, and grey against a white background, with the Emilio signature scattered throughout. The two-piece set consists of a fitted, cropped jacket and a matching, full midi skirt. The jacket has a tailored, waist-length silhouette and a front zip fastening. The matching skirt features a flared silhouette and falls to mid-calf length. It closes at the side with a zip, concealed metal hooks, and a concealed snap fastening. Both pieces are made from 100% cotton velvet and fully lined. Made in Italy.
CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with crisp fabric and vibrant colors. Minor signs of wear include slight wear to the jacket lining under the arms, which is visible only on the inside, and minimal discoloration at the side seams of the skirt (see detailed photos). Neither issue affects the appearance when worn.
SIZE
The skirt is tagged a size 10, while the jacket has no size tag. Both pieces will best fit a DE 34, FR 36, IT 40, US 2-4 UK 8, XS.
