This striking vintage Escada evening gown from 2002 was created in conjunction with one of the house’s annual limited-edition fragrances. Each year, Escada designed a special dress to accompany the launch, reflecting the aesthetic of the perfume itself. This particular piece is inspired by the design of the limited edition flacon and was featured in the corresponding advertising campaign.
The gown is crafted from deep red burnout velvet with metallic gold accents, forming an intricate, scrolling pattern. In contrast to the richness of the fabric, the silhouette is kept clean and restrained. It features a high neckline at the front and a softly draped cowl back, creating an elegant, fluid line. The cut is slim and floor-length, with a slight train at the back. It closes at the side with a zipper and metal hook fastening. 50% rayon, 30% silk, 20% polyester, lined in 100% silk. Made in Italy.
