This amazing vintage Gianni Versace handbag from Spring 2003 is made from various types of ultra soft  and slouchy ochre brown leather - partly reptile embossed, partly adorned with silver-tone metal eyelets and hundreds of tiny decorative rivets, suede with rectangular cut-outs and genuine snakeskin - and crafted with incredible attention to detail. It features an unusual shape with a chunky silver-tone metal chain handle with a huge decorative carabiner and is adorned with two large leather bows with decorative topstitching. The bag has a silver-tone medusa head kisslock closure and is lined in silky lime green signature fabric. Made in Italy. Variations of this design were shown on Versace's Spring 2003 catwalk. A stunning Y2K statement piece that comes with its original dustbag.
