This rare and iconic vintage maxi coat from Gianni Versace's grunge-inspired Fall 1993 collection is a spectacular runway design that was modeled by Helena Christensen. Crafted from gray wool with a pinstripe pattern, it features a tailored design with a double-breasted closure, flap pockets and cuffed raglan sleeves. The coat boasts a total of 16 eye-catching medusa head buttons that are all in excellent condition. No material tag, probably wool, fully lined. Medium weight, perfect for fall and transition season. Made in Italy.
