This super cute and sexy vintage Jean Paul Gaultier set from the late 1990s or the 2000s features a cropped, midriff-baring top and a widely flared skirt with an asymmetrical, ruffled hemline. Both pieces are crafted from fine mesh with a delicate lace structure in deep, dark red. The top slips on to wear and can be adjusted via drawstrings at the neckline, short sleeves, and a wider silk band at the waist. The skirt has an elasticated waist with a silk drawstring and is constructed from two layers of fabric - a fine mesh underlayer beneath the lace - for volume and movement. Made in Italy from 100% polyamide nylon.
Both pieces can be styled separately, making them extremely versatile, or worn together as a set. A perfect resort piece.
