JOHN GALLIANO Fall 1998 Vintage Wool & Velvet Floral Coat & Skirt Suit

This rare and exceptional vintage John Galliano suit from Fall 1998 is crafted from a winterwarm fuzzy wool stretch in midnight blue and black with a floral black flock print and black velvet egdes - truly unique and spectacularly beautiful. The suit comprises a long jacket or coat with a tailored cut, long lapels, uberlong fitted sleeves, flap pockets and a rounded hemline and closes with a single velvet button at waist level as well as the matching midi skirt with an hourglass cut that flares out into a flounce and finishes with a fringed edge. Elasticated waistband, side closure with a hidden zipper and a metal hook and eye. 61% mohair, 31% nylon, 8% wool. Both pieces are fully lined in 94% silk, 6% elasthane. Made in France.
