This striking vintage Loris Azzaro evening gown from the 1970s or 1980s is crafted from bright red jersey. It features a beautifully gathered empire bodice with wide straps and a floor-length skirt that falls in a gentle, slightly flared line. Two long panels of fabric are attached at the back, adding a sense of movement, glamour, and dramatic effect. The dress is largely hand-finished and fastens at the center back with a hand-set zipper and metal hook and eye. 100% synthetic fabric, unlined except at the bust. Made in France.
CONDITION The dress is in very good vintage condition. Please note a faint (barely noticeable) stain on the lower front and back of the skirt that remain after dry cleaning, and a minimal pull at the lower back of the skirt, none of which will detract when worn.
SIZE No size label, will fit a DE 32-34, FR 34-36, IT 38-40, US 0-2-4, UK 6-8, XXS-XS. The dress does not close fully on the mannequin, which is a size S.
