This stunning Louis Féraud dress from Fall 1969 is tailored from heavy off-white virgin wool, richly embroidered in purple, mustard yellow, and dark brown. The silhouette features a fitted bodice, high neckline with ties down the front, long sleeves with zippered cuffs, and a flared skirt falling just below the knee. It closes at the back with a zipper and comes with its original matching belt. Fully lined except for the sleeves. Made in Germany. A documented design from the Louis Féraud Fall 1969 advertising campaign, and a remarkable example of his work from this period.
CONDITION Excellent vintage condition. A few faint marks remain on the skirt after dry cleaning (may improve with further treatment) but they are minor and do not detract.
