LOUIS FÉRAUD Fall 1969 Vintage Embroidered Space Age Folklore Dress Size XS

This rare and special Louis Féraud dress from Fall 1969 is made of a heavy wool fabric in a deep, bluish purple with intricate white, mustard yellow and green embroidery. The dress features a fitted bodice, a high neckline with cute ties, long sleeves with zippered cuffs and a flared skirt that sits a few inches below the knee. The dress comes with its beautiful original belt and closes with a zipper at the back. 100% virgin wool, fully lined except for the sleeves. Made in Germany. Please note that most of the pictures have turned out rather bluish, in reality the color is a bit more purple. This design was part of the Louis Féraud advertising campaign and is therefore well documented.
