NINA RICCI 1990s Vintage Heavily Beaded Copper Gold Strapless Evening Gown w/ Stole

This vintage Nina Ricci evening gown from the 1990s is just stunningly beautiful. The bronze base layer of the sleeveless boned bodice is covered in white lace which is barely visible because of the extremely rich embroidery - golden bugle beads, iridescent sequins in pastel colors and faux pearls form an elaborate floral pattern. The bodice is literally encrusted with embroidery, and the visual effect is magnificent. The floor-length, slim skirt made of two layers of delicate bronze-colored silk is gathered and drapes just beautifully. The dress closes with a zipper and a metal hook and eye at the back. No material details, probably silk. Made in France. The dress comes with its matching large triangular stole. A standout gown for a grand entrance.
