This rare and very collectible vintage Pierre Cardin Space Age coat from the late 1960s is crafted from a high gloss red vinyl with instantly recognizable circle pockets and round gold-tone decorative buttons at the back. It features a flared knee-length cut and closes with its original metal zipper. Fully lined. A museumworthy piece.

Excellent, remarkable condition. The vinyl is incredibly well preserved, still glossy and supple. Neither sticky nor matte nor dried out nor cracked. Some minor signs of wear and age as visible in the pictures, the most significant a few stitches come undone and a 2,5 cm/1.0" scratch near the bottom (last detail picture). Minor dirt marks to the interior collar lining, signs of age to the zipper, a small flaw to the point of the collar and a small whitish mark a few centimeters below (all second to last detail picture).
