This incredible vintage Thierry Mugler evening dress from the 1990s or early 2000s is made from a fine black devoré rayon silk blend with an intricate burnout thorn pattern. The dress has a velvet neckline, a well-defined waist, slightly flared sleeves and an ultra-long flared skirt with a small train. It closes with a zipper and a metal hook and eye at the back. A stunning piece with a dark, gothic appeal (think Angelina Jolie's controversial outfit at the 2000 Academy Awards or Morticia Addams). 73% rayon, 27% silk. Velvet 100% cotton. Unlined.
